This large set of painted maple cabinets were installed in a master bedroom to provide extra space for wardrobe and linen storage. A central storage section, which houses a TV behind retractable pocket doors and 8 full-extension drawers, is flanked by two large wardrobe closets on each side. Each closet enclosure has a chrome rod for hanging clothes and recessed halogen lighting fixtures to fully illuminate the closet contents when the doors are opened. An additional row of bulk storage cabinets runs along the top of the unit for large items such as blankets.
The wardrobe cabinets are painted with an extremely durable pigmented conversion varnish in a pastel seafoam green color (see photos above). The paneled doors and drawer fronts are accented with small applied moldings for additional detailing. The cabinet interiors are constructed from prefinished maple plywood, creating a clean contemporary look. All drawer boxes ride on full-extension drawer slides, providing complete access to the drawer contents. Finally, a set of round bun-style feet are utilized along the front edge of the cabinetry, giving a "lighter" appearance to this large collection of cabinets.
152" wide, 107" tall, and 25" deep.
